Cancellation terms
Standard Reservations (stays shorter than 30 nights)
- A payment link will be sent 30 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before check-in.
- If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the payment link will be sent at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Monthly Reservations (stays of 30 nights or more)
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are subject to a $500 USD cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: If payment is not completed by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
