By accessing our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in these Terms. If you do not agree with each provision, please refrain from using the Platform and our Services. We retain the right, at our discretion, to alter or amend these Terms without prior notice. Unless specified otherwise, such changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is advisable to periodically review these Terms for updates. The effective date of these Terms will be prominently displayed at the top of this page.
- Family-Oriented Environment: Our rental properties are designed for families. We expect guests to exhibit good behavior, adhere to property rules, and show respect to other guests. No parties are allowed. The minimum rental age is 21, and the responsible guest must be present throughout the stay.
- Occupancy Limits: We insist that your party adheres to the registered guest count on the reservation. Please contact us If you have any questions regarding the maximum accommodation limit of the unit. Guest will be denied access if over the allowed limit.
- Pet Policy: NOT ALL PROPERTIES/RESORTS ALLOW PETS- If you plan to bring a pet please let us know so we can confirm if you selected a pet friendly properties , an additional fee applies.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in starts at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellation policies may vary by property. The specific details of the cancellation policy applicable to each property are detailed in the description of the property. Please be sure to carefully review the cancellation policy applicable to the property you have selected before making your reservation.
- Key fee: There is a fee if keys are not returned at check out. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Appliance and Air Conditioner Disclaimer: While all appliances and air conditioners are well-maintained, occasional malfunctions can occur. We will make prompt repairs, but there is no absolute guarantee.
- Resort/HOA Compliance: Some Resorts/HOA require Guests to wear wristbands that will be provided at check-in. Kindly adhere to Resort/HOA rules. Contact us with any queries.
- No Smoking or Commercial Photography/Filming: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, and commercial photography or filming is not allowed inside the property.
- Eviction Grounds: Failure to comply with house policies may result in eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Reach out if you have questions.
- Security Deposit: For properties that require a refundable security deposit, if the unit is left in the same condition as received, you did not exceed the maximum occupancy, linen is not missing or stained, and all keys returned to our staff, the deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure.
