- Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
Monthly Reservations
- A $500 USD cancellation fee will apply to reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date.
- Reservations canceled within sixty (60) days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Bookings canceled 60 days before the arrival date will receive 100% refund.
