- Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (including children)
- No invited guests are allowed
- Must provide ID to enter property
- No pets allowed
- Minimum age to rent is 21
- Check in begins at 16:00
- Check out is 11:00
- A 10% shopping fee applies to all guest-requested purchases (food, beverages, etc.)
- Final invoices will be presented at the end of the stay for reimbursement or refund
- Cash payments only are accepted while in Mexico (no credit cards or personal checks)
- ATMs are available within Punta Mita for cash withdrawals
- Gratuities are not included in the rental rate.
A 10–15% tip of the total rental cost is recommended for the villa staff, to be paid in cash upon departure. For larger groups, a higher gratuity is appreciated.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable
- If the property is re-rented for the same dates, a 20% penalty of the total rental amount will apply (non-refundable)
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum 20% penalty fee
Holiday Periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year):
- Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable
- If the property is re-rented, a 25% penalty of the total rental amount will apply (non-refundable)
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum 25% penalty fee
